Welcome to families

At OSO-AI, we understand the difficulty of entrusting the safety and well-being of our loved ones to others. That's why we created the Enhanced Ear for Caregivers, designed to improve care for residents in healthcare facilities and enhance caregivers' quality of life. This service provides more personalized and secure care, allowing caregivers to have more time to accompany residents and tailor their care practices to individual needs.

The Enhanced Ear for Caregivers: how does it work?

Powered by sound, the Enhanced Ear for Caregivers can detect a wide range of alerts, including falls, respiratory distress, vomiting, calls for help, and more. It notifies caregivers so they can intervene quickly and effectively based on the specific need.

Monitoring these alerts enables caregivers to anticipate changes in residents' health and adjust care accordingly.

The sound-based approach ensures a highly inclusive and agile system, far surpassing traditional call bells. Even if a person has already fallen, their calls for help will be detected and transmitted. For residents with physical or vocal impairments, clickers are also provided.

Our Mission

Designed to simplify the daily lives of residents and their caregivers, the Enhanced Caregiver Listening System remains a valuable tool for nursing staff, without ever being used for surveillance or replacement. Sounds, detected automatically without recording, generate secure alerts that are temporarily accessible to physicians.

The entire team works daily with its users (caregivers, residents, directors, geriatricians, etc.) to foster continuous improvement of the solution.

FAQ

Our Customer Service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Are the sounds recorded?

Sounds are processed in real-time by the device and are not recorded, except for detected alerts to notify caregivers. Data collected by the system is not retained.

Does the solution protect the privacy of the residents?

The system is designed to pause when a family member or caregiver enters the room, preserving the privacy of personal conversations. The model can also identify intimate relationships and pause accordingly.

How does the solution adapt to each resident?

Each resident has a small device installed in their room that automatically detects alert situations. Thanks to artificial intelligence, this solution evolves autonomously by learning from user feedback. As a result, the model adjusts individually to each resident. For example, if certain residents have specific habits or routines, the solution identifies them and incorporates them into its alert system, ensuring personalized and effective monitoring.
