This year, the Care Show Japan was held from February 26 to 28, 2025 in Tokyo. This event is one of the largest exhibitions dedicated to the health sector in Japan, covering a wide range of topics: nursing care, medical devices, management of health institutions and technological innovations for the medical-social sector.
On this occasion, our Head of Development in Japan, Frederic Dumonteil, went there to meet market players and discuss with numerous prospects. This trip made it possible to carry out more than a hundred demonstrations of our solution, testifying to the growing interest in our technology.
Japan is facing a major demographic challenge: in 2024, those over 65 represented 29.3% of the population, or 36.5 million people. This aging society is forced to reinvent itself, whether in terms of housing, care or support for elderly populations.
Our presence at Care Show Japan is fully in line with this dynamic, with the desire to provide innovative solutions to the challenges of aging and to contribute to the evolution of the healthcare sector in Japan.
A demographic context in which technology such as the Augmented Ear for caregivers makes perfect sense to support the population in supporting and securing its seniors.
