Exclusive video: user feedback from the Enhanced Ear for caregivers in Disability Establishments by AFIPH.
During SANTEXPO 2024, the health event of the year, Jean-Baptiste Mïs, director of an establishment for people with disabilities, and Corentine Le Goff, director of the health and accommodation department at AFIPH, shared feedback on the deployment of the Augmented Ear for caregivers in AFIPH's Disability establishments.
Les Feedback is extremely positive, showing that this device has transformed the daily lives of healthcare teams and residents. In Beaurepaire, where residents often cannot alert the staff themselves, every abnormal noise is now detected, allowing for rapid and appropriate intervention by caregivers.

Jean-Baptiste Mïs testifies: “We were able to save a resident by intervening immediately on respiratory distress. Today, there would be no going back.” This device ensures closer surveillance of residents and improves the safety of healthcare teams. Since the implementation of Augmented Ear, no posts have been deleted. The device complements the work of caregivers without replacing it.
Corentine Le Goff adds: “The Enhanced Ear for caregivers is one of the keys chosen by AFIPH to make human rights something tangible.”
