From now on, From a room, a caregiver can quickly alert colleagues in case of emergency, without leaving the resident alone. This feature offers real progress for teams:

• An immediate alert transmitted to other caregivers via the OSO Phone.
• A specific context provided using the voice message to facilitate the intervention.
• Automatic confirmation allowing the sender to know that their call has been answered.

The purpose of this feature is to facilitate the coordination and communication of caregivers, by reducing the stress associated with emergency situations.
