At OSO-AI, our mission goes well beyond the simple implementation of our solution. Our Customer Service plays a central role in co-building the Augmented Ear of caregivers, by supporting institutions and by working for continuous improvement. More than support, it is a real partner at the service of your needs.

Long-term support

At OSO-AI, Customer Service accompanies you throughout your use of our solution.

A smooth transition

From the deployment phase, we provide personalized training for caregivers and technicians, facilitating the smooth adoption of our technology. Management and managers also benefit from specific support to fully exploit the tool, adapt their practices if necessary, and share information effectively with their teams, residents and families.

Turnkey communication tools

We provide our customers with materials designed by our marketing team, facilitating internal and external communication around the solution.

Regular follow-up and adjustments

Regular progress points allow us to collect your suggestions and adapt our support accordingly. Satisfaction questionnaires are sent to caregivers, because our solution is primarily designed for them.

We also participate in Social Life Councils (CVS) of equipped establishments, thus strengthening collaboration with all stakeholders.

Vincent, our Customer Service Manager, plays an essential role in the company. It is the link between your field feedback and our technical team, guaranteeing a continuous evolution of the Augmented Ear of caregivers.

Co-construction in action

Our technology is the result of collaboration with caregivers, in particular those at the Brest University Hospital. In 2024, your feedback was the cause of numerous improvements, including:

  • Light indicators on the boxes : to confirm that the alert has been transmitted successfully.
  • Room exit alerts : for the adapted management of certain residents.
  • “Emergency call” feature : accompanied by an evolution of the messages in the application.
  • Improving the Reporting site : to offer managers and management an optimized view of data.

Our Customer Service is composed of dedicated professionals: Vincent, Sylvain, Gabriel, Florian, Mikael and Cédric. They provide daily support, manage the fleet of boxes and ensure the correct activation of all the boxes.

Technical expertise and research

Our machine learning and data engineers are committed to the continuous optimization of the solution and the development of new functionalities.

Research studies are regularly conducted, such as the current one on sleep apnea and wheezing in collaboration with the AP-HP.
